Service Description

Dedicated access for 1620 Winery bridal suite studio rental. 1620 Winery Negotiated Terms: To be coordinated by a valid employee of 1620 Winery. Requires a minimum booking of 4 hours (per negotiated partnership), with additional 1-hour incremental options up to 12 hours. System will also provide 1 hour "buffers" before and following all 1620 Winery Bridal Suite Rentals. Options to rent the space beyond 12 hours but requires a custom proposal. Must be rented with a valid certificate of insurance (COI) specific to 1620 Winery. Rental time includes setup and breakdown within rental period of performance. 1620 Winery responsible for cleaning space at end of rental. All parties shall exit and remove all belongings, including 3rd party services, furniture, and fixtures by the end of the rental period.
