Photography Studio Rental

Service Description

Dedicated access to our facility for photography sessions, including the lounge and studio spaces. Must be rented by a professional photographer with a valid certificate of insurance (COI). Chantilly Studios features 15-foot ceilings, white walls and floors, large windows with ample daylight, ceiling lighting, mobile photography lighting, guest Wi-Fi, lounge furniture, and other amenities to ensure an outstanding experience for you and your clients. Bookings include safe and secure digital access to the studio, and 24/7 facility security monitoring of the parking lots, building, and emergencies. Please Note: Requires a minimum booking of 2 hours, with additional 1-hour incremental options up to 12 hours. Booking and up-front payment guarantee the date and time of your rental. Rental time includes setup, breakdown, and basic cleanup and studio reset ("leave it like you found it"). Must exit by the end of the rental period, as other members may have booked the facility after your rental time.
